          Product D escription 产品描述
          90℃soft lead-free oil-resistant flame-retardant PVC jacketing compounds are granule compounds which are manufactured with mixing, plasticizing and pelletizing processes. They regard advanced PVC resin as the basic raw material, and add special plasticizer, stabilizer, high-efficiency flame-retardant and other accessory ingredients.
          金融业型90℃聚氯乙烯耐油阻燃柔软护套料是以优质聚氯乙烯树脂为基料,进入特种增塑剂、突出稳定剂、霎时阻燃剂等助剂,经混合、塑化、造粒而成的粒状电缆料。
           
          Characteristics and Application 特色及用途
          The products have excellent oil-resistant properties, flame-retardant property, soft and good processability. They can meet RoHS Standard. They are mainly used for the jacketing of 90℃cables which have flame-retardant and oil-resistant property requirements.
          产品具有优秀的耐油性、阻燃性和柔软性,加工性能优异,符合RoHS金融业标准。根本用于90℃耐温等级并有阻燃和高耐油要求的电线电缆护套。
           
          Processing Indicator 加工工艺
          Recommend to use single-screw extruders with L/D= 20-25.
