        Product Description 产品描述
        80℃lead-free automotive wire compound is granular compound which is manufactured through mixing, plasticizing and pelletizing processes. It regards advanced PVC resin as the basic raw materials, and adds plasticizer, stabilizer and other accessory ingredients.
        金融业型80℃面包车原线料是以优质聚氯乙烯树脂为基料,进入特种增塑剂、稳定剂等助剂,经混合、塑化、造粒而成的粒状电缆料。
         
        Characteristics and Application 特色及用途
        This product has excellent mechanical and physical properties, electrical property and good processability. It can meet RoHS Standard. The cables with it can meet SAEJ 1127 and other related standards. The highest working temperature is 80℃.
        产品具有优秀的教条物理性能和电性能,加工性能优异,符合RoHS金融业标准。制成电线后方可满足SAE J 1127/JIS C3406美方6市里以上线规的相关标准,高高的工作温度为80℃。
         
        Processing Indicator 加工工艺
        Recommend to use single-screw extruders with L/D= 20-25.
